- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after deliverables are approved.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed approvals, incomplete inputs, etc.).
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days of project completion.
- For services such as:
- SEO campaigns (as results depend on external factors like algorithms and competition).
- Paid ad campaigns once they have been launched.
- Custom website design or development once mockups or initial versions are delivered.
3. Process for Refunds
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit a Refund Request:

- Evaluation:
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information.
- Approval or Denial:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- If denied, we will provide a detailed explanation of why the request does not meet our refund policy criteria.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may provide partial refunds depending on the work completed and resources invested in the project. The amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
